KATE MCMANUS
Massage Therapist
Yoga has been part of Kate’s life for as long as she can remember. It taught her balance, strength, and how to find calm in the middle of life’s noise. For years, her practice kept her grounded and free from pain.
That changed during her pregnancy, when she first experienced real, lasting discomfort. It gave her a new understanding of what it means to live in a body that’s constantly changing and sometimes hurting.
Since then, Kate has made it her mission to help people feel good in their bodies—supported, strong, and at ease—through every stage of life. Her massage work blends the wisdom of yoga with a deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms, helping clients relax, release pain, and reconnect with themselves.

JULIE-PIER BOUTIN
Physiotherapist (M.Sc.A.PT.)
Julie-Pier Boutin is a physiotherapist, a graduate of Université Laval, and has expertise in the management of athletes who want to keep moving, performing, and progressing—without letting pain dictate their limits. She completed her master’s project on injury prevention in powerlifting, a field where she combines science, practical experience, and a real understanding of strength sports.
With over 11 years of gym training experience and several powerlifting competitions under her belt, Julie-Pier understands what your body goes through, both under the bar and outside the gym. She works with strength sport athletes (powerlifting, weightlifting, strongman, CrossFit), as well as runners and hikers who want to train in a sustainable way.
Whether you’re an athlete or not, Julie-Pier excels in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal pain related to training or everyday activities. Her approach focuses on understanding your pain, explaining why it is present, and giving you practical tools to rebuild confidence in your movements. Whether your goal is to return from an injury, improve performance, or simply move through daily life without pain, she helps you build a plan that makes sense—and that works.

ELLIOT DESCARREAUX
Physiotherapist (M.Sc.A.PT.)
Originally from Québec city, Elliot has always been drawn to sport, especially rugby, cycling, running, and strength training. As a former rugby player, he developed an early appreciation for training not just to perform, but to stay durable and consistent over the long term.
Over time, his passion grew for powerlifting and evidence-based rehabilitation, and he’s since expanded his own training into endurance sport as he prepares for a triathlon. As a physiotherapist, Elliot works with people living with persistent pain as well as strength athletes (powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongman, CrossFit), runners, and cyclists. His approach is clear, progressive, and grounded in good science combining education, smart loading, and practical strategies that help you build confidence in your body and get back to what you love.
