Jordan Octeau Physio is now MTTLURGY.

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

From Man to Mettle

Jordan Octeau was always passionate about fitness. As a martial artist, barbell enthusiast, and rower, he quickly transitioned from amateur to professional, as he realized he had a knack for coaching and training people, to get to their strongest.

What he also realized, is that so many of his clients were being limited by pain, just as he was. When the pain is meaningful, we become afraid of our bodies and often lose the edge to pursue activities we love, because they hurt us.

It took years, but Jordan found a way to resolve his pain: he became a physiotherapist. So many of the physios he had consulted didn't train or lift weights. They would focus on reducing the pain by removing the activity, only for it to return when the activity resumed. They'd make you sacrifice the activities that you loved only to go back and get injured again once you recovered. He knew there had to be a better way, and there was.

Reforge Physio

He'd discover, as his patients have, the way to train safely through pain. To recover quickly doing the activities you love. It takes the right technique and the rest is mettle. Thankfully his patients had it abundance. All that's needed is to guide it to reforge their bodies and help them get stronger than ever.

Now with hundreds of patients benefiting from his techniques, Jordan launched MTTLURGY to take what he's learned and serve the fitness community at large.

The name is a constant reminder of how resilient we are, ready to show the world what we're made of: METTLE.
